Give To Life Organization works alongside vulnerable, marginalized and underserved communities to develop practical solutions that improve lives and strengthen community resilience.

Our work focuses on education, sustainable livelihoods, peace and governance, WASH, gender equality and social inclusion, and climate change and environmental resilience across Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Lands.

GTL concentrates its work in the frontier counties of Marsabit, Turkana, Tana River, Kwale and Samburu.

Education

We support quality early childhood, primary and secondary education, digital literacy, youth skills development, Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and improved learning opportunities for underserved and special-needs learners.

Sustainable Livelihoods

We empower women, youth and Persons with Disabilities through financial inclusion, market opportunities, agriculture, livestock, fisheries and apiculture initiatives that strengthen household livelihoods.

Peace, Security & Governance

We promote peacebuilding, conflict management, equal justice, good governance and community participation while supporting initiatives that address violent extremism and strengthen community security.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene

We promote access to safe water, improved sanitation and better hygiene through community-led sanitation initiatives and sustainable water management systems.

Gender Equality & Social Inclusion

We empower women, youth and Persons with Disabilities through financial inclusion, market opportunities, agriculture, livestock, fisheries and apiculture initiatives that strengthen household livelihoods.

Climate Change & Environment

We support community-led climate action through drought-resilient tree planting, sustainable rangeland management, environmental protection and practical adaptation measures for climate-affected communities.

Projects

Strengthening Education Systems Project (SEPS)

Give To Life Organization conducted a baseline survey to assess the needs of childcare and early childhood education centers in Maikona and Kalacha.

Achievements:
- Reached 4 ECD centers
- Reached 320 learners
- Fenced 1 acre of land to support community early childhood education.
- Project financed through contributions from the GTL Board of Directors.

Climate Smart Empowerment Program

Give To Life Organization supported climate resilience by distributing drought-resilient tree seedlings to critical community institutions.

Achievements:

- Distributed 100 drought-resilient seedlings
- Supported hospitals, schools and places of worship
- Promoted community participation in environmental protection
- Supported climate adaptation and resilience
